I'm sure there have been threads like this loads of times before but I'm just really scared and don't know what to do.

Voices aren't really the best way to describe them, they are just like thoughts that come out of the blue and don't seem to belong to me.

There are two distinct 'voices', one more prominent than the other which tells me I'm fat and ugly and should go and die. She says she's called Lyla.

The other one keeps telling me she's hear because I'm lonely and that I need her

Sometimes there are more but these two are the main ones. I've heard them a couple of times before but today they've become especially prominent. Have managed to fight them so far but am worried I'm not going to be able to for much longer..
