First of all welcome to the forums.

For how long has this paranoia been escalating? Do you remember when you first noticed that people were copying and laughing at you? I guess what I'm asking is was it a gradual thing that built up over time or was it like someone flipped a switched whilst you were asleep and it's occurred ever since then?

It's not nice experiencing those things and certainly can't be good for your confidence or self assurance. Perhaps you could ask a friend to go with you next time you're outside to see if they notice people copying you?

It's good that you're holding down a job and doing well in those respects, but it can't be nice feeling depressed and paranoid so often. Maybe go back the doctors or try a new one? Explain the recent developments that you hear people copying you and take in what they have to say about it.

Some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money.
They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with.
Some men just want to watch the world burn.
