I found it made me focus more on my problems & made me more depressed. I had an exercise whereby I had to draw 2 heads & as I didn't like writeing my feelings down in 1 I had to draw how I felt & in the other the opposite that I looked like on the outsie & then my coulsellor tried saying thoughts to challenge my picture & why I felt like tha & why I shouldn't feel like that !
