Get your lawyer to write a final letter telling them to desist sending you bills and co-sign it, in the letter inform them that all future bills and mail will be documented and then forwarded to your local police department and treated as harassment.
Just a suggestion?
Ultimately if they can't legally charge you, they haven't got a leg to stand on.
