Scared
i start abuse counselling tomorrow, and i'm terrified, because even just thinking about him and how much he hurt me breaks me into pieces and makes me want to cut, so if i am sat with someone talking about it face to face won't things just be 10 times worse?
i'm so fed up of being scared all the time, but sometimes i think that having it locked inside my head is better than letting it out.
