yeah it's forced to be healthy heh heh. in seriousness it is quite rubbish, you can buy wheat free bread and pasta and stuff but it's quite expensive so i don't tend to bother. i.e a loaf of bread which has slices tiny compared to normal is £3. just not worth it.
