welcome to ryl. i hope you can find some support here. maybe give the therapy a bit more time. i don't know what type of therapy you are having, but it takes time and you have to invest a lot in it to get any benefits (scary!).
after awhile, if it still isn't helping, maybe you need to try someone else. you need to find someone you can talk to, who can help you. i've been through a bunch of counselors and some of them are just awful. but when you find the right one for you, it will help.
