I can definitely understand why that note would upset you, it's really horrible. Can you talk to them and explain how you just worked really hard on it? I know it sucks but it doesn't matter what people think - you know how hard you worked - try to take it as a compliment, it shows how good you are! I dunno what to say about the family stuff, but I hope it works out - and I / we are here if you need to talk about any of it. *Squish* Look after yourself.
