i know that feeling same thing happened here and ya it is so hard to tell people i cant never say it i can only hint-ish when im trying to say it.
they dont have to many questions tho and their not drilling you for answers so its ok and as far as your mom she dosent have to be there and for me i cant have her there lol they tried that and i didnt talk. you can just say you feel more comfortable alone if they try to bring her in.
you could bring something in im pretty sure its pretty chilled its nothing intense
