What is the reason you started self harming? It started because of anger. Just didn't know how to deal with it as I was like 7/8 so I hit myself and other things untill I found cutting at 14.
Does self harm help you feel in control of your life? Only for a bit.
Does anyone know that you self harm? Yes.
If so, did you tell them willingly or did they find out? They found out.
What is the reason you don’t/didn’t tell anyone? Was scared the would hate me for it.
