What is the reason you started self harming? i needed an outlet for my sadness and anger.
Does self harm help you feel in control of your life? it makes me feel in control of the only thing i have control over.my own physical pain.
Does anyone know that you self harm? all my friends and family.
If so, did you tell them willingly or did they find out? they found out after someone told the guidance counselor and she made me tell my mom and dad.
What is the reason you don’t/didn’t tell anyone? i didnt want anyone to find out my little secret and i felt like if they found out they were going to take it away from me and i felt like if they did i would literally die.
