Yes you feel sad but you don't have to give in to these urges. How can you channel these sad feelings in a more healthy way? What about writing in a journal, having a bubble bath. 3 months is amazing and I know you feel like you really don't care about that anymore but do you honestly think you could forgive yourself if you threw all that away. What has made you come this far? Try and think of that, keep fighting you will make it through this. Remember these feelings of sadness will pass.
