What is the reason you started self harming? Growing up, I was taught that if you are sad or upset, you're suppose to cut yourself.
Does self harm help you feel in control of your life? It used to, not so much anymore
Does anyone know that you self harm? Yes.
If so, did you tell them willingly or did they find out? My parents found out. I told my best friends.
What is the reason you don’t/didn’t tell anyone? Afraid of being abandoned for it--again.
