What is the reason you started self harming? Someone told me it would help me deal with things so i went home and did it (i wasnt very old at the time)
Does self harm help you feel in control of your life? It used to but now i feel ive lost control =/

If so, did you tell them willingly or did they find out? A bit of both she knew i was doing it before i told her but didn't want to say something and upset me I went to far and needed someones help i told her and she said she had thought that I did it anyway
What is the reason you don’t/didn’t tell anyone? I couldn't cope and I needed help I didn't want to tell anybody but she had helped me out with a lot of stuff and I knew I could trust her
