The yellow-ness, is that on your tongue? The thing I'm thinking is now, because of using the antibacterials several times a day you may have reduced the bacteria that normally lives in your mouth and allowed yeast to grow forming oral thrush.
I really WOULD suggest an mouthwash wishout alcohol as that will irritate it less and allow it to heal faster but whatever you are going to do it will take weeks to heal; think about it, you've had a metal bar stuck through your tongue; pretty traumatic so your body won't like it, will get inflammed and stuff and it takes time for your body to heal so that the edges of your tongue around the piercing heal together leaving just a hole there but it's not something that just takes a few days and really it can take 3 weeks or longer for it to heal adequately so eating is normal once more and that's presuming you're not messing with it. Really if you are worried about it it would be a good idea to go back to the piercer. Though, these should've explained to you what to expect.
If it is your tongue that is a yellowy/ white colour, like a layer on top which is red and raw if scraped away. This is more common if you have a new piercing as many of the antibacterials significantly alter the pH (how acidic/ alkaline the area is) and that increases the risk of oral thrush as well as them killing off some of the bacteria that should prevent you from this, if you're immunosuppressed or if you're taking a lot of antibiotics. This can also be worsened by smoking. If you feel this is the case I'd go to a pharmacist and buy some of their over the counter thrush treatments such as fluconazole or itraconazole, telling them it's for oral thrush and if you're not sure that's the case the show the pharmacist (there's usually a booth here you can talk to them alone) and they can see what they think.
Also, though sucking on ice will hurt at first it will then calm it down a LOT and take down the swelling and you do need to get as much nutrition into you as possible and so different kinds of soups would be the best way forward and it needs to be several times a day really as well as icecream which will help soothe it further and will give you other things but as it settles down you need to get back into eating normal things. Having porridge and anything soft but not shewy is a good idea too rather than just eating soup which will not be the way to having a balanced nutrition; important for helping it to heal.
