GP advice
I rarely post one here, I mainly read other peoples advice and hope I'll somehow relate. I often don't like talking about or even admitting that I SI.
But this time, I feel like I need some advice of my own.
One of my close friends has found out about my SI and despite the fact i've lied to her and said I'm fine , I think she knows I'm not.
It's been a problem for the last three years, and she is the first person to ever accidently find out.
I think it has become so routine to me that I couldn't understand why she was so worried about it all.
But then the last week has become so intense that I find myself thinking about suicide alot, which terrifies me.
I've realised I probably do need help.
She's threatened to contact my parents unless I go see my GP with her.
I don't want to lose her and I hate to see her worry about me :/
But the thing is, I don't think I could do it. Where would I even begin to explain everything?
