did you make it to your appointment? i find it helps to make a list, mentally or physically, of all the reasons i do and don't want to do whatever it is, and often that motivates me to do it. if i'm scared i use affirmations, something simple like "i can make it to my appointment", to help me through. if things got really hard you could phone your worker and tell them you're having difficulty getting there. hope you're ok *hugs*
