Thanks for the PsOV, folks. My doc (who has a borderline daughter and is the best GP in the world) said it might never come right. I can still use my hand, but my grip isn't so good, and it's the referred pain in my arm and shoulder that's driving me nuts.

I know - my own fault. That stings more than anything.
