i am really sorry you are struggling *hugs*
the longest i've been without cutting was for a week. but each night i managed by drawing and coloring. i would fill in an entire page with random doodles and color them in well with a thin ink pen. it was the best distraction i had. it would eventually calm my mind enough for me to sleep but even when my mind was still filled with urges, accusations, insults, and other negative thoughts, i just put all of my emotion into drawing and filling in these designs perfectly.
it is worth a try because while my mind was running wild, my hands were too, but not in a self destructive way
