Okay, sorry for posting, I hardly post threads anywhere. sorry.
I haven't cut in like, forever. months and months. usually I can just ignore the urges, I've coped for so long, but today, tonight... tonight is different. I dont think I can ignore it tonight. I so badly want the urges to stop, but I so badly need to cut, I think its stronger.
and I can't. I have work on saturday, and I dont have my long sleeved shirt.
I dont even know if anyone can help me, this is such a nonsense post.
