DBT is especially for people with BPD.
Wise mind is the opposite to emotional mind, it's when you are logical and able to make decisions properly without heightened emotions getting in the way.
Perhaps you should speak to the person running the group if you have queries about the work you are doing?
I've done each module three times over and always found it really helpful. Especially as you can utilize the skills long after the actual course ends.
