I second what Morrigan said - about the bootcamp thing. I toured one that started you off in a room with nothing and you had to earn points to even earn a sheet of paper to write on. They bragged about how they had no problem restraining people for the slightest thing, and how they often dragged patients out of bed. It was terrifying, and seemed worse than a hospital.
