What she did is horrible and completely inexcusable.
You have no reason to be angry at yourself so try not to beat yourself up over this.
I'm really sorry that your ex told her all this stuff and I think that, if you can, you should talk to them and let them know how this girl is treating you. Because it's disgusting and could possibly put you in danger.
