what's going on in your life- can you talk to your boyfriend about it?
Can you borrow money for credit for phone?
Although using a helpline may seem uncomfortable, if it can get you through the urges and not cut it might be worth the discomfort. Because you are worth it.

I don't know much about WRAP plans, but if you revisit it does it give you a place to start? The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step......maybe that is yours?
