I know I should probably tell a doctor about it, but part of me doesn't want to lose the mania. Even though I know not getting help will only make everything worse in the long run :/

It will and it's the effects like over-spending and getting into dangerous situations because of lack of judgment that I'd be concerned about. It totally understand what you mean about not wanting to lose the high, I would be of the exact same opinion when manic myself but because I'm not now I can think logically about the down sides.
How is your sleeping? Are you able to keep up with responsibilities and some resemblance of a routine?
What about your meds, what are you on?
I'd definitely advise checking in with a doctor before it escalates right out of control and having a medication adjustment would prevent you crashing into a deep depression after this episode.
I know it's a boring option but it's the one that's in your health's best interest.
(hugs)
