Thanks for the advice and reassurance Stellata. It is really unnerving not knowing what is available and feeling unable to cope with doing it all! I think i'll go to the OH appt and see what advice/support they can offer. They must do things like this a lot so it will probably be quite routine. I'm a mountain out of a molehill person. I have slightly more perspective today!
