Guess what I did!!!
I've had alot of crap going on in my life but dispite this I have...
Not weighed myself in over a week!
Not counted my calories in over a week!
Not binged or purged in over 2 weeks!
AND I went shopping for clothes that actually fit me and didn't get a major breakdown over the size I wear!
Just thought I'd share.
