Yes, you need to talk to your doctor about this. You also should have gone to the hospital. Even if you don't have insurance, almost every hospital has people you can talk to about billing and have your bill reduced and such.

Depending on the type of seizures you had, yes, it is possible that you may have some lasting effects. If you were having tonic-clonic seizures and stopped breathing during the seizures no one has any way of knowing how often or how long you were deprived of oxygen unless you are examined by a doc. It is also possible you hit your head falling down during a seizure.
