I am currently:

I suffered a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) from running into metal door frame and getting 8 stitches. I had serious emotional problems, mood changes, and physical consequences. I went to the hospital obviously and they didn't do a CT scan, everything was okay according to them. After almost 2 years I was finally diagnosed. I really think you should get a CT scan to check for physical problems and just to be sure. If you start getting worse such as mood swings, insomnia, memory issues, migraines, dizziness, fatigue, etc then see a doctor asap. Symptoms also depend on where you hit your head.

I'm not saying you will get a TBI from this but you just have to be careful. I thought I was fine, afterall I wasn't in a car accident but I just hit it in the wrong place and suffered unfortunately. Please be careful. If you have any questions ask me!

((I've sent you a PM))
