i made a mistake
While I am sitting here I am holing a paper towel over the cuts that I just did. I am mad at myself for doing it. I don't know what to do. I'm lost confused. Should I call my counselor tomorrow and let her know? Should I not tell anyone? I just saw my counselor today.
