That's so neat that your school offers that for students who are interested. My school just turned and looked the other way when it came to self-harm.
Do you think the group would be helpful? Who supervises it? Can you ask whoever does what to expect? You can always go one time to check it out...I doubt they will force you to say anything besides your name if you don't feel like it.
