Sorry to go off topic here but I trust you lot.
I got my letter...my first psych appointment is a week today. well, I don't even know if it's a psych, the woman who wrote it says shes a social worker wtf? It says its an innital assesment.
I'm scared, I dont know what to expect. What was everyone else's first appointment like...?
