Good luck with getting them. I was able to get mine a few years ago, now am wanting to get the newest ones.
Was told at my OP services that all I have to do is ask, some places (hospital/ward/MHT) require a written request for it.
I'm quite sure it was free for me too...been awhile tho, I can't remember for sure..
