All those things are normal for trauma and abuse survivors. Remember that voices can be part of a mood disorder, as well as very common in survivors of trauma.
I wish you all the best for it. I think any kind of assessment is nerve wracking. But the psych. will have all the questions up their sleeve and will be able to see how you are, which counts for a lot - they can tell a lot via facial expression and body language.
