I have picked up on my moods reaching regular stages at different points in the year over a reasonably pattern. I think I notice this because it has happened over quite a number of years so I can look back and pick out times when similar things have happened.

Like you, I also have some bad patches across Spring and Summer so do not believe mine is explained as SAD, but I do not have Bi-polar as a diagnosis. My belief is that my moods shift between phases...

Sometimes keeping a note of how you are at different times can help as it means you can look back and reflect.

It may pay you to talk to your Dr about it though
