There are a number of possible reasons for this:

1) it could be possible that your depression is Seasonal Affective and is triggered by the changes in amount of light available in these months

2) Your depression could be moving in phases (mine is) and this time of year is a lower phase for you.

3) It could be a change in routine or a specific event that happened around this time of year.

Most importantly, if you notice this happeneing it may pay to speak to your Dr or treatment team, as they may want to amend your medication dose to cover the shift in mood.
