Alright, I have it planned out now and just thought I should share. I'm going with the birthday. I'm going to have her stay over at my place the night before and I'm going to slip the ring on her finger when she's asleep. So as soon as she wakes up, she see's the ring and hopefully doesn't have a heart attack.
