As anyone who's read my previous post on this board may know I've onyl just realised I have a probelm.

I'm trying to cut it out. Stop taking stuff to make me drowsy and numb. I've gone all day. But its acctually painful. I'm shaking I'm hot then cold and everything in my head won't shut up.

I don't WANT to be dependent on this stuff but it feels too hard to stop. If it hurts like this I don't know if its worth it.
