does anyone ever get commands by voices to go places? I do and it's starting to get annoying. They told me to go to a coffee shop today that I used to work at so I did. they told me to cut, but i didn't which is good. i'm afraid they're going to start telling me to do bad things. one time they wanted me to hurt someone.
i didn't do it, but it scared me. i was getting messages from the songs on my ipod too. is that normal? well not normal but normal if you hear voices and have people in your head? i think they're spirits that are with me for some reason. i've told my counselor/case manager but they don't seem to be able to do much.
