I hope you're actually making a joke there. Needles are NEVER used more than once. If they are, it's a really incredulously **** tattoo artist or piercer who shouldn't be allowed to do it. They're ALWAYS changed between clients. And I never said SH was a tattoo or piercing, I just said it's treated [when giving blood] in a similar manor, as in it's basically open skin that is prone to infection.
