I know exactly how you feel when it feels like no body care but honestly it never helps. If you often think negativly it becomes a habit and it seems so real, even though the thoughts are often all products of anxiety. You have come so far and I think you should definatly try and make it a year free, you will feel so happy and you could possibly do something to celebrate. Maybe you could join this challenge -->
