hey there! welcome to RYL *hugs* sorry to hear you are struggling atm, i just recently got diagnosed with BPD so in a similar situation

There's a fair few of us here on RYL with BPD so please don't feel like you're alone, cos you're not. We're always here to listen if you need to vent or just ask questions etc.
Wish i could offer advice on the BPD but like i said have only recently been diagnosed so don't know that much myself! Am haiving some problems too in helping friends/family understand it but im sure there are ways
