I'm on Quetiapine also on 300mg - and i might be going a bit higher for my anxiety.
As Girl Afraid has stated on most AP's you can get muscle problems/twitches - i suffered horrendously once on an anti-depressant with restless leg syndrome and i was crying with the pain so i completely sympathise.
I've had restless leg syndrome once since being on Quetiapine and that was about 5 nights ago - and i've been on it about 4?ish weeks now. So it does wear off - but if you're beginning to find it unbearable you need to talk to your psychiatrist or GP - although if you can try to work through it as it may wear off completely. I find moving my legs before sleep, like jittering them when they hurt with restless leg syndrome, it also relaxes me to sleep. It only ever happens at night when im lying down and my body relaxes - i don't know if that's the case for you but that's usually when restless leg syndrome plays up.
*Hug*
I hope it settles down for you soon - i'm lucky enough to have had no side effects thus far only with that one night of restless leg syndrome, and sedation but that's good for me as i have severe insomnia/sleeping problems.
As i said if you're finding it unbearable though speak to your GP or psychiatrist.
