hello...im new here...i have bpd...dont have no friends that really undesrtand..well actually i dont even understand myself...i need to find people who cn relate/understand me and my bpd
I do self harm as well...recently i have had horrible thoughts in my head of my family dying and silly little things...i just cant cope....please get in touch if ya think u can help or support me...thanks xx
