If you're feeling suicidal because you've just cut yourself then the main point you want help on is the suicidal feelings, so the SI mention wouldn't be that triggering, I would've thought.
Not to mention, it's called "Serious discussion" you shouldn't be in there if you're feeling fragile. Surely if the poster feels their post is just TOO triggering it needs a label, they can mention it in the subject title?
I don't think serious needs all these labels.
