I'm back in hospital after a really rough few days. Can't quite believe I'm back here, crisis team kept going on about keeping me safe but not sure I even want that right now. Feel so confused. Voices are telling me things and I don't know which thought are mine anymore.
Guess I could just do with some hugs and support. Feel so alone right now.
