Oh my god, that exact same thing happened to me!!! So I know exactly how annoying it is!
I used to see a psychologist who I hated so in the end I refused to go back and stopped seeing anyone actually. A year ago I went back to my doctor asking for help but told her how I did not want to see the same person. Of course, she sent me to the same bloody person. I'm going back tomorow for a second try (its took me a year to get the confidence) and I just hope she doesnt send me back to that same person.
Anyway, im sorry this doesnt help, I just had to answer with it being my exact situation.
