Hope you found someone to talk to and have tried the distractions on ryl. Is there anything in america like our helpline the samaritans? I phoned them for the 1st time last night, spoke to someone for 40mins and it really helped to have someone to listen to me saying my true feelings and not judge me. I'd say add me on msn, but I don't think we'd ever be awake at the same time! *huggles*
