I'm not sure this is exactly the right place for this but I'm not sure where else it would fit.

I don't know what to do about repeat prescriptions. Last time I was at the doctors to get my prescription they gave me this other form for repeat prescription. But I'm not sure what I do with it. Do I just take the form straight to the pharmacy, or do I have take it to the doctors to get the actual prescription form or...what?
I'm in the UK, just in case that makes any difference...
