Yeah I know that feeling all too well. Talking to my psych makes me embarrassed about it, because the way he looks at me and doesn't understand makes me feel like it's not worth talking to him, and then I clam up. It's impossible to tell anyone else because, as a friend was said to me so well, "when they hear an illness with the word 'psycho' in the name they get scared.
